Rachel creates mindful Hatha, yin, and restorative yoga classes. She found yoga and meditation after being diagnosed with arthritis over 15 years ago. Both practices helped her deal with the effects of having a chronic illness and she attributes her arthritis going into remission to her patience and dedication to yoga. With yoga positively impacting her life, completing her 200HR yoga teacher training was a natural progression for her. And she has also trained in Yin yoga and meditation.
