Brain fog is one of the most insidious and difficult to manage symptoms of any disease. In this 60-minute class you will move through an intentional yoga flow and multiple breathwork techniques - all designed to help clear out the fog and leave you feeling energized, focused, and ready to take on the day.
Class is designed for all-levels, and no specific props are needed, however we do recommend having a blanket to sit on for breathwork.
