The conscious mind can be challenging at times. It's often stuck in repeating, unnecessary thought patterns causing discomfort and unease. This track will give you the tools to dissolve the conscious mind throughout the body, quieting the it and nourishing the self with awareness. Once you have allowed this process to deepen, you will be able to recreate the awareness in most circumstances, giving clarity, peace, deep relaxation and moment by moment living.
