Metta - A Meditation On Loving-Kindness - The First Of The Four Immeasurables | Insight Timer
This meditation is a traditional Metta practice. We begin with settling in & then offer loving & friendly phrases to ourselves, friends, family, benefactors and a difficult individual with the understanding & intention that everyone wants to be happy, safe & live with ease. Developing a friendlier mind on the cushion allows us to behave friendlier off the cushion. A core practice I suggest everyone make part of their regular meditation cycle. Thank you and much Metta!
