You can feel as if there aren't enough hours in the day to get anywhere near half let alone all of the things on your to do list done and when life feels this busy the idea of taking time out to meditate can feel at best like a luxury and at worst impossible. But what if, rather than being a luxury, mindfulness were a practical strategy to help you feel less stressed and more in control both of your emotions, your responses and how you move through the never-ending to do list?
