Just real conversation around identity, presence, and what it means to step more fully into your authentic self. In this session, we’ll explore a pressure many of us carry: the need to be impressive, well-received, or approved of when we speak and show up in the world. Beneath the fear of judgment or rejection is often something deeper — the fear that others might see the ordinary, imperfect version of us that’s still figuring things out. Together, we’ll explore how our identity can become tied to how we are received and what happens when we begin shifting that identity back to a true, deeper, and greater expression of ourselves. We'll also explore a short, reflective practice to help you release the pressure to perform and be well-received—and reconnect with that truer identity within you.
