Are you sensitive to over-work and chronic stress? Then this meditation is for you. When we care deeply about something, it is impossible not to feel stressed every now and then. Stress helps us to make progress. There is nothing wrong with stress, but we do need to check if it is not becoming chronic. With great caring comes great striving, and the necessity for tools to monitor how we feel. This meditation is my go-to tool.
