In this meditation, Stephen Procter will guide you in the insight meditation skill of observing the autonomous (anatta) nature of thinking patterns by observing your minds tendency to get caught up in different thinking types such as remembering, planning, worrying, fantasising etc. As insight develops you will develop deeper understanding of your thinking patterns and will gradually lose interest in them, making them easier to let go of in seated meditation and daily life.
