As human beings, we are drawn to water. The great cities of the world are all built along great rivers. Fresh water, food, cleaning, power, transportation. The river can do all of this for us, and much more. When you sit by your river, and find your breath in tune with the river's flow, you have the ability to let the flow of the water, wash away the difficult and grasping thoughts that plague our human minds. This meditation can be used to help you develop a quality of mindfulness and a connection to your river, which is always available to you. Let the things and thoughts that you are ready to let go, wash away downstream.
