Walking With Marie
This guided walking practice helps us care for and soothe strong emotions - anxiety, anger, fear or shame. At times we're feeling so much that sitting isn't possible - walking meditation is a wonderful way to offer space and kindness to ourselves. This helps us to release tension and addictive thinking, and to draw in the nourishment that we need. May it offer a kind light in times of difficulty.
This is dedicated to my dear friend Marie. May we walk together in friendship for years to come.
