Gratitude Yoga Nidra / Thank You
This Yoga Nidra is a gratitude experience throughout the whole body. This guided relaxation is a "thank you" meditation with a body scan to soothe the nerves. This Yoga Nidra includes binaural beats to further enhance the state of deep relaxation in the central nervous system.
