Gratitude & Grounding
Here's an invitation to slowly arrive into meditation through the feeling of gratitude. Settle inward with some longer out-breaths, hold a finger, or even let movement happen. Untie the body like a bundle of grass, rest into the back, receive sensations and sounds, and open to aliveness weave throughout. What are the sensations in your body when you feel gratitude? Is that a practice you want to bring into your day even after the meditation is over?
