This is the same script as the track entitled "sleep meditation" with the music removed from the background. A brief meditation designed to prepare the mind and body for a restful night sleep with a body scan and some inspirational words about the natural condition of sleep. It can be used as a relaxation meditation as well, because the real goal is to allow the body and mind to relax enough to let go into sleep if that is what it needs.
