Combining the restorative practices of walking outdoors and mindfulness, this guided practice encourages you to move gently and notice what you encounter, both in your body and in your environment.
It can also be done as a seated meditation, imagining yourself walking in some beautiful, peaceful place.
If you walk outside, try to choose an area where you can feel relaxed and relatively free of traffic, obstacles, and crossings, and be mindful of areas where you may need to exercise caution.
