She has over 25 years experience working 1:1 with women, integrating the clinical modalities of CBT and Trauma Counselling alongside the transformative, practices of mindfulness, ritual and yoga. Her passion is to reawaken in women their innate nature as a powerful being and their capacities to move forward in life with sovereignty.
