KC AcuYogini (she/her) is a certified 500 hr. Kripalu Yoga Teacher, Yin & Gentle Yoga Teacher, and a certified 550 hr. Massage Therapist from Hirudaya Holistic Life Center in San Luis Obispo, CA. She attended classes at the Acupressure Institute in Berkeley, CA as continuing education from 2007-2011. It was at this school that she found her passion for acupressure and mentored with her teachers to create her unique style of integrating self care acupressure into yoga and meditation.
