Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu. "May all being, everywhere, be happy and free." This Hindu mantra moves us from a point of the "I, " the individual to the "We," the collective. By using this mantra as a Dharmic practice we can hold both a sacred intention for ourselves and our own healing as well as setting an intention for those around us to be uplifted.
