When you change the way you look at things the things you look at change. This course takes a contemplative approach to discovering the power of your brain, and how you can understand your own mind with greater clarity. We can remove misconceptions, beliefs, and lies that we may have been telling ourselves, to experience the truth and reality directly without having to create a story about it. Through contemplative questions, you have the opportunity to explore your brain in this present moment. Discovering what is and is not true. Releasing beliefs that create suffering and struggle, and connecting to a greater truth and reality that can benefit your life and help the mind detach from suffering. In this journey we will be exploring your belief systems that are hindering your happiness, enhancing your awareness on your emotions and feelings and their direct link to your thoughts, finding freedom from the mind narrator/labeller to discover a space of stillness and silence, and going beyond the mind to explore what you truly are. All of these topics will be enhanced with practices for you to experience them first hand and embrace a deeper awareness to master your mind.
