Abigail Laub is passionate about life and about love. She intentionally looks for magic with the dawn of each new day. Smiling and speaking positive words into herself and others are ways that she shines her light. Abigail has a dual Master's degree in Early Childhood General and Special Education. Her educational philosophy is inspired by her experience as a woman of color, an immigrant and from the amazing people she calls family. She draws inspiration from Carol Dweck's "Growth Mindset" in her work with children and people. Abigail support and advocates for children by empowering them to use their voice, to show kindness, and to honor themself through self-love. Her classroom is a place where joy and laughter and exploration are part of the magic of learning. Abigail believes that in those moments when things feel just a bit too hard, that the opportunity to rethink, reexamine and to retry are all gifts that can lead to an unexpected, rewarding and fulfilling outcomes. Abigail is the author of the children’s picture book, “Abby and the Bicycle Race” which will be available in the Fall of 2024.
