Third Foundation Of Mindfulness: Heart Mind (Citta) | Insight Timer
This is a live recording from August of 2018. This meditation focuses on the third foundation of Mindfulness also known as Citta or Heart Mind. In this practice, we aim to harness a whole body awareness, keeping mindfulness of our body and heart center, ever present. In doing so, we learn to utilise our heart as a moral compass, to encourage us to let go of attatchments and to reach an enlightened state of contentment.
