Janna (NL) is a mother, kids meditation teacher, holistic coach, reiki master & owner of the Dutch kids meditation label Een Koffertje Vol Dromen (a suitcase full of dreams). She dreams of inspiring kids to enjoy the benefits of meditations from an early age. In her meditations she takes children on an imaginary journey while they listen to short thematic stories to boost their self-confidence, self-love or learn to letting go of unhelpful thoughts.
