This is a meditation on a self-care acupressure point called CV 17 or Sea of Tranquility. Acupressure points are from Chinese Medicine. Holding acupressure points may improve circulation and release tension. In this meditation: you will learn the location of CV 17 on the chest, be guided through breath awareness, and offer an affirmation for the heart.
