Buddha once said “Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment.” The goal of this meditation is to help you reconnect to the present moment at the end of your day and help you have a soothing evening. It contains a slow-breathing exercise to practice coming back to the here and now, as well as affirmations to cultivate love and serenity.
