Hannah has been teaching yoga and mindfulness meditation in the beautiful French Alps, online and on retreat since 2017. Her philosophy that yoga and mindfulness can be of benefit everybody - not solely the flexible, strong, calm or spiritual - is reflected in her teaching. Hannah's classes and practices focus on cultivating a sense of ease, inner calm, connection and harmony with the natural world around us that remains with you beyond the mat or meditation seat.
