This is my first live session on Insight Timer, which gives you a taste of what goes into my Insight Timer Teaching Meditation to Children 101 course. In this live session, I'll take one meditation style or 'tool' that you might want to share with young people. I'll make suggestions on how to adapt this to different ages, stages, and abilities (such as energy or focus). There will be an opportunity for a few people tuning into the talk to present real-life situations they face with their young person (anonymously, if preferred), and I'll offer a bespoke meditation idea for them to try. I'll explain to the audience how I created it and how it could work. I've called it a 'clinic' as it will depend on who attends and what questions they raise! It's a lecture designed to help adults (co-regulators) around their children learn something valuable that they can share with their children or teens.
