This course is a deep dive into Hesed, the Divine unconditional love that fuels and rules the world. In this embodied series, we will learn practices to call in and amplify Hesed in our own lives and consider kabbalistic texts on Hesed, Divine unconditional love. The course is balanced between five brief instructional lectures on the key Kabbalistic concepts you need to understand the Kabbalah of Love and five 20-min Guided Meditations to practice it. It also includes, with permission, two beautiful pieces of music from dear friends and artists Rabbi Menachem Creditor and Jared Stein. Both compositions embody and inspire the Kabbalah of Love.
