Alexis is the Founder and Co-Director of Human Leaders. It's through her experience of management – the good the bad and the ugly – that my passion to bring a more conscious, mindful, and human-centric approach to leadership was born. My experience spans local government, marketing, media consultancy right through to Management at global brand Patagonia, working and living in multiple countries around the world. Through my privilege of travelling to over 40 countries around the world, my professional experiences and hobbies I’ve learnt my core values are adventure, continuous learning, collaboration, truth seeking, being of service and gratitude. I’m a keen surfer and snowboarder who spends most of my spare time outdoors, connecting to nature and human beings. Alexis has a Master in Business Psychology, Bachelor of Business (Hons), and is a Mindfulness & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Practitioner. I love helping Leaders to reduce stress, manage emotions and lead through integrity, mindfulness and compassion to create organisations where everyone is seen, valued and heard.
