MIDL 42/52: Grounding In Stillness
This MIDL training practice, "Grounding Into Stillness," helps you develop the skill of deep relaxation within the body, before allowing this newfound state, to enter and fill your mind. In doing so, you will experience a place of safety, as the mind learns to turn off its habitual defences and resistance. The slow progression of this Stillness meditation is helpful for settling a mind that has experienced trauma and may be expressing this as feelings of anxiety, fear or depression.
