Monday Morning Meditation
Do you want to let go of your weekend, come into the present, and ground and relax for the week ahead? This meditation is for you. Originally, this meditation was a group meditation led on a Monday morning, no surprises there. There is a reference towards the end of the session to "bringing yourself back to the community." I invite you to imagine it's your community, the family and friends that are supportive around you, or friends in the "unseen" world. A peaceful way to start the week.
