MIDL 17/52: Training Attention: Counting
MIDL Systematic Training exercise 17 / 52: Training initial fixed concentration to temporarily suppress the five hindrances to meditation and understand attention by counting the breaths. This exercise strengthens the First MIDL Pillar of Flexible Attention. Practice daily for one week before moving to the next exercise.
